The Pulse Studio (Johnny Garbanzo Garita), based in San José, Costa Rica, operates the site www.pulsestudio.digital. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.
Note for US visitors: data is processed in Costa Rica under Costa Rican law (Law 8968). US privacy frameworks (CCPA, state laws) do not apply to this site.

- Data you give us voluntarily: when you complete the contact form or the diagnostic tool, we collect your name, email address, and the message or answers you submit.
- Browsing data: through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager we collect site usage data (page views, device, browser, approximate IP address, and navigation behavior), via cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your inquiries and follow up commercially.
- To deliver the result of the diagnostic tool.
- To analyze and improve the site and measure campaign performance.
4. Legal basis
We process your data with your consent, which you give by submitting a form or accepting the use of cookies in the site notice.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us operate the site, acting as data processors:
- Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager): analytics and measurement.
- Vercel: site hosting.
- The contact form processing provider, to deliver your message to us.
These providers may process data on servers outside Costa Rica, including in the United States.
6. Cookies
We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. You can accept or reject them in the cookie notice, and manage or delete them from your browser settings. Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function do not require your consent.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your contact data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and the commercial relationship, and analytics data per Google Analytics retention periods, unless you request deletion earlier.
8. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion, or objection to the processing of your data by writing to info@pulsestudio.digital. If you reside in Costa Rica, Law No. 8968 on the Protection of Persons Regarding the Processing of their Personal Data protects you, and you can turn to the Agencia de Protección de Datos de los Habitantes (PRODHAB).
9. Minors
The site is intended for businesses and professionals; it is not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will publish the current version on this page with its last-updated date.
